With success comes affordability. With desire comes quick decision making.

 

Last year, I was approached by a renowned businessman. He made good money in his business, and wanted to buy new property.

 

So, first he checked, whether he should invest in land or buy high end flat. He already had two luxurious Bunglows. So, he did not want to buy one more Bunglow.

 

In his chart, Mars was afflicted poorly. I informed him that it was not desirable to invest into land, unless you wish to construct something immediately and stay there. He acknowledged that he did not good experience previously when he thought of buying a land.

 

Looking at his well placed Mercury, I asked him to buy luxurious flat. Additionally, I informed him that you would make a deal after six months.

 

He wanted to go for quick deal as the amount was big. My analysis, based on his Dasha-Antar Dasha, and effect of transitory planets, was that he would purchase new property after six months.

 

He left with little disappointment as he wanted to make a deal as soon as possible.

 

I received a call from him after six months. He informed that he had to go abroad due to business priorities, and just booked a flat two days back.
