Relevance of Match Making for Marriage
June 27, 2019
I would start with a question here, “Why is it important to match horoscope of boy and girl before marriage?”
One may say that we are now in 21st century; we need to advance our thoughts. There are so many yongsters preferring live-in relationship over marriage. So why do we talk about match-making, why do we fear of Mangal dosha?
So, let me tell you that this write-up is not about Mangal Dosha. This is about match-making.
Let me ask you few questions:
1. Do you know what happens with a boy or girl – when he or she needs to undergo divorce process?
2. Do you know what happens when either of them die unnaturally and untimely?
3. Do you know the pain of re-marriage?
4. Do you really know what happens to children of separated parents?
5. And ironically, many couple lives with diagonal differences as they don't want the tag of divorcee.
While match-making, we often check for following key aspects of life:
1. Guna – it is the results of eight different aspects (I shall cover them in someday later in detail).
2. Position of Moon – compatibility of thought process
3. Longevity – life span
4. Prospects for children
5. Financial conditions
6. Orientation of life – materialistic, religious, spiritual etc.
Who should give extra care while match-making:
In horoscope, seventh house represents house of marriage. If you have any of Rahu, Sun, Mars, or Saturn placed in seventh house, you must ensure for match making. If lord of seventh house is placed in sixth, eighth or twelfth house, or vice versa, you must go for matching your horoscope. These are basic rules, and there are many.
To get a right spouse is divine blessings. Wish you happy marriage life.
